Spikeball



  • Explain the physical activity
I participated in a game called Spikeball it was a modified game of Tchoukball. There was two people in each teams and we used the Tckoukball nets it looked like a trampoline and a doge ball the aim of the game was too throw the ball at the net let it fall on the ground. That's how you get a point or if the other team you miss the net you will get a point.

  • What level of effort and engagement
I grade myself effort a merit because i give it my best go and i did well

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
Wellbeing + Friends/Classmates + Challenge -

  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
1.well-being was a good effect on my skills to focus on the game
 2.Friends/Classmates were helpfull for me and my team to win games
 3.challenge was bad because it was to easy for me and my team if it was harder we would improve our skills.  

  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
i would make the harder for us so we could improve my and others skills to improve

physical activity chopsticks



  • Explain the physical activity
I participated in a game called chopsticks it was a modified game of capture the flag. There was four sides that were safe zones and in each sides there was a hockey puck and we use hockey sticks to pick the pucks up. The aim of the game was to get the others teams two pucks to your side. Once you pass the half way line the other team could tag you and if you get tag you have to run back to your side have another go again.

  • What level of effort and engagement
I grade myself effort a merit because i think i was going great defending the pucks and going after the other teams pucks.

  • What were three factors which influenced your participation?
skill level - Friends/Classmates + Challenge +

  • Explain HOW these factors affected your participation (with specific examples)
1.skill level effected my focus on bring the hockey pucks so we could get points for my team made my participation go down
2. Friends/Classmates helped my participation to go up when were playing chopsticks
3.Challenge was good it made me like and get into game that made my participation go up
  • How could you increase your (or your peers) participation in this activity in the future?
teach us skills at the start of the game to help us get points.

Seeking feedback is about asking a teacher or an other person to look at my work to to see what I need to work on and them giving feed forward is giving me an idea and help to make my work look better or my skills.

Self Management


  • What is self management?
self management is when are doing the are thing when know one is watching you and when you are listing to the teacher because that way you can information to finish work faster   
  • Why is it important we are self managed?
Self Management is important because it sets you up for success in life because of those little things you do in class can help you make other people respect you and trust you with things to do on your own without the teacher or other people in your lifetime like when you go look for a job
  • What are some strategies to be self managed? (don’t forget about the slides we created together..)
some strategies for self management is motivation to help you and goal setting so you will move forwards to those goals.

My thoughts about blogging

Q:What are your previous experience with blogging?
When i was in primary my hole school had to do blogging for work. I did like working on blogs but it was school work.

Q:How do you think blogging impact on your learning
it helps you when you post your work the people will give you feedback to help you with your spelling and you can see that every post you make it better than the first post.

Q:How do you feel about blogging,why.
I don't like blogging because it boring work but it helps me improve skills in writing and the skills in posting better feed and the feed back i got back will up me a lot.
